Volunteer Logistics

Volunteers, when you arrive at the festival, please make sure you walk into the East gate from the Volunteer parking lot (see map below), and check in with the guard who will then direct you to the warehouse and into the area where the buffet lines are.

Please make note that changes have been made with how wristbands and parking passes will be made available.
Please see the information below.

Parking Logistics

Please see the detailed diagram of the festival layout below which includes information on the volunteer parking lots.  One (permit-only) is located on 300 South, and the other is the Crane lot on the west side of 300 west.  In addition, on the diagram you will find the volunteer entrance location.

We also HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you consider taking the public TRAX lines.  You can get off at the Gallivan Plaza on 300 S and Main st.  We are a short 5 minute walk from that station.    The parking lots fill up quickly on the weekend.

Please make sure that you arrive 20 minutes before your shifts starts, that you are wearing close toed shoes, and if you have long hair, that it is pulled back.  If you have a hat, that is preferable as well.

Gloves, aprons, and water will be provided.
